To mark the beginning of this special week, police officers from across the country attended church services within their respective jurisdictions, seeking God’s guidance, wisdom, and protection as they continue to serve and protect the people of Belize.

In Belmopan, the Minister of Home Affairs and Enterprise, Hon. Oscar Mira, Commissioner of Police, Dr. Richard Rosado, Deputy Commissioners of Police Bart Jones and Sandra Bowden, along with members of the Belmopan Police Formation, attended worship at Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church.

As we celebrate Police Week 2026, we salute the men and women of the Belize Police Department for their unwavering commitment to keeping our communities safe.
