Tunich Ha Farms is grateful for a beautiful and abundant harvest this season. We would like to invite our community to come and visit our organic garden and see where fresh food is grown. Right now we are harvesting callaloo, pok choy, lettuce, yellow squash, spinach and much more. Come experience fresh organic produce, local farming and the beauty of a thriving garden. We look forward to welcoming everyone who wants to learn more about healthy food and sustainable farming.

What an amazing day it has been for the Tunich Ha team! We had the incredible opportunity to assist the Forestry Department with the relocation of an adult male kinkajou.

This sweet little fellow was reportedly found on someone’s porch and had apparently become dependent on people, so we stepped in to safely relocate him—giving him the best chance to return to his natural behaviors and thrive the way he’s meant to in the wild.

A big thank you to Zoe Walker at Wildtracks for the referral and Thanks to Ms. Mercedes Valdez at Forestry Department Machaca station. We are truly grateful for every opportunity to help the beautiful wildlife that calls Belize home. Tunich Ha in support of adult education. Today, we supported the fundraising effort of Claver College Extension at Punta Gorda Day 2026.

Our contribution was the sale of pure, organic sugarcane, ginger, and lime mixed juice, promoting the consumption of healthy drinks. The proceeds were donated to Claver College Extension.

Getting ready to plant our seedlings in our organic garden ,we have a variety of plants which include cabbages ,beets, cilantro ,sweet peppers and a lot more. We are looking forward to a plentiful harvest soon to come .

This is where it all begins. The cacao tree produces pods filled with seeds surrounded by sweet fruit pulp. Long before chocolate becomes a bar, the cacao must grow, be harvested, and carefully fermented.
