A cocoa tree with unripe pods. The tree whose seed is the main ingredient for Chocolate. Its called 'käkä' in mopan maya language. The seed when roasted on a comal is hand-grinded traditionally on a grinding stone 'ka' and then the paste is used to make chocolate drink.
