Mayor Wally Nuñez has published the Independent Financial Audit for every year. The progress is clear and irrefutable.

It is incredible to hear THOSE GUYS read the audits of 2021 and 2022 that look back at THEIR shady dealings and non existent financial diligence. Mayor Wally has fixed all that and created a council that has the confidence of all community partners.

We love San Pedro and we will stick to positivity always.

Mayor Wally Nuñez puts people first every time and he takes on the biggest projects for the benefit of San Pedro.

Everyone deserves access to water and we are already at the point where funders are assessing the location for 2 new water plants for North Ambergris Caye. Our hard working residents deserve a council that keeps pushing for the priorities that matter.

We also continue the upgrade and expansion of the existing water network. We listen to the pleas of new homeowners and we work with the utility companies to prioritize expansion in much needed areas.

We started cleaning up the council on DAY ONE. We completely turned the council from a Low Confidence and High Risk enterprise to financial stability. And, we keep investing for the betterment of our community.

When you read the Financial Audits of 2021 and 2022, it speaks of the mess we found: unverifiable financials; poor accounting procedures; questionable financial transactions and loans….. and the list goes on.

Our most recent audit confirms that our financials meet international standards (as reported by a reputable and independent professional firm). Every audit improves because of the checks and balances we maintain to keep our council on the path of financial stability.

We have proper internal controls and we maintain the confidence of our community partners and our residents. We continue to invest in new vehicles, equipment and our network of streets.
