Congratulations to the Forestview team! They were selected as Team of the month through our Cheers for Peers recognition program!

As a behavioural treatment home, Forestview can be an unpredictable and emotionally demanding environment. No two days are the same, yet the team consistently responds to every challenge with compassion, professionalism, and resilience.

Through it all, they remain focused on providing person-directed care that respects each resident’s individual needs, choices, dignity, and well-being. Safety is always a priority, and the team works together to maintain a supportive environment for everyone.

Even on the most difficult days, the Forestview team continues to show up with positivity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the people they support and to one another. They are truly deserving of this recognition.

It was Caribana CLAPW style today! We had a wonderful afternoon soaking up the summer vibes with the amazing sounds of Enchanting Steel Pan. There was plenty of dancing, great music, lots of laughs, and, as always, fantastic company!

And what’s a summer celebration without ice cream? We kept with the Caribbean theme with some delicious flavours, including Rum & Raisin, Coconut, Grape Nut, and Mango.

Great music, great people, and plenty of summer fun, what a wonderful way to celebrate the season together!

🌟 Employee Shout-Out – Vrushti! 🌟

Vrushti P. has been selected as Employee of the Month, and it’s easy to see why!

In a relatively brief time at CLAPW, Vrushti has made such a positive impact on both the people she supports and her team. She first joined us enthusiastically as a student and has since become a highly valued member of our staff team.

Vrushti comes into every shift with a positive, calm, and friendly attitude, showing genuine care and attention to everyone around her. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking care of all the little extras while still managing the many demands of each shift.
As a teammate, Vrushti is dependable and thorough. She completes the tasks assigned to her, pays attention to the details and makes sure things are taken care of which is something her teammates appreciate!

She is also incredibly accommodating and flexible, often adjusting her hours to help make special events and activities happen for the people she supports. Simply put, when Vrushti’s name is on the schedule, we know everyone is in good hands! 💙

Thank you, Vrushti, for your hard work, kindness, flexibility, and the positive energy you bring to CLAPW. We are so glad to have you on the team! 👏

Extending Summer, One Garden Photo at a Time! 🌿🌸
We may be well into August, but we’re not ready to let summer go just yet! ☀️😎

So, while we’re holding onto every last bit of sunshine, we thought we’d revisit some of the beautiful gardens from this year’s Garden Contest. 🌺🌻🌱

The winner was crowned back in July, but there were so many wonderful gardens worth celebrating that we couldn’t resist sharing a few more photos!

A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our community bloom. 💚
