Knowing what to do in an emergency is an important skill for everyone to have!

Recently, people attending our Community Connections program had the opportunity to take part in a First Aid training session led by our in-house trainer, Julie. Participants learned about CPR and had the chance to practice their new skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

It was a great opportunity to learn something new, build confidence and have some fun along the way!
A big thank you to Julie for sharing her knowledge and helping everyone feel a little more prepared to lend a hand when it matters most!

The Whitby waterfront is a beautiful spot to spend a bit of time at any time of the year. You can skip stones, play a piano and get a workout all while enjoying the amazing view of LAKE ONTARIO.

Pat had a good time gardening this past summer. Container gardening keeps the upkeep to a minimum, which suited Pat, and provided the pleasure of exercising her green thumb!

The Forestview crew made the most of a beautiful fall day with a trip to Pingle’s Farm in Courtice!

From picking delicious apples to exploring the AWESOME corn maze, it was a day filled with fresh air, laughter, adventure, and wonderful company!

Sometimes the simplest outings make the best memories, and this was certainly one of those days!

🍁 Fall is such a beautiful time of year! What have you been doing to enjoy the season? We'd love to hear about your fall adventures!
