Dalkeith Elementary has proudly been serving Ville d’Anjou and surrounding areas in Montreal since 1961. Over twenty years ago, Dalkeith implemented the integration of special needs students into the regular classroom setting; a program and practice that we continue to this day. Throughout the years, faces and teaching practices may have changed but our fundamental philosophy of nurturing potentia
l in all students has remained unchanged. During those fifty years, Dalkeith has touched the lives of thousands of students and their families, helping them for their future. Their stories are what we are most proud of in our history. Dalkeith Elementary is located at 7951 Dalkeith Ave. in Ville d’Anjou, a quiet residential street with little to no ‘through traffic’. Our school is the only building on a full city block. The remainder of our lot has a small asphalt schoolyard surrounded by grassy fields large enough to provide 3 soccer fields and a skating rink in winter. Our building also has:

- Over half of our classrooms are equipped with mounted smart boards and projectors (100% by 2013)
- Gymnasium (full elementary size: 45 x 60 & 25 ft. ceiling) with stage
