As we close out this season, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who made it all possible, our shelter staff.

Day in and day out, you showed up with compassion, resilience, and unwavering dedication. You created a space where dignity, safety, and care were not just goals, but lived realities for every person who walked through our doors. The long nights, the hard conversations, the moments that go unseen, you carried them all with strength and heart.

Because of you, our community is stronger. Because of you, people felt supported, respected, and not alone.

Thank you for everything you’ve given this season. Your work matters more than words can fully capture.

With deep gratitude šŸ’™

We are absolutely disgusted that someone would come and fill up the shelter dumpster and drop garbage all over the shelter yard. Our shelter runs off of donations and volunteers. We will be reviewing camera footage and hopeful to be posting who did this today 😔😔 do better people!!

Thank you to the Athabasca Legion for your very kind and thoughtful donation to our movement.
