On January 29th our students enjoyed a hotdog lunch donated and prepared by the Aylmer Baptist Snack Team. We are so grateful for these wonderful volunteers that care so deeply about our students at McGregor Public School. The Aylmer Baptist Snack Team has been doing snack prep for our school since 2020. Without these amazing volunteers our snack program wouldn’t be the quality that it is today! 🍏🍌

Thank you DuffleBag Theatre for an incredible performance today! Our students had the best time and it was so fun welcoming live theatre into our school. We’d also love to give a big thank you to our incredible Parent Council for helping make this event happen!! 🎭

HOLIDAY CONCERT UPDATE: Due to today’s weather conditions and school closures, we regret to inform you that our school concerts scheduled for Thursday, December 11 must be rescheduled. We know this is disappointing, but the safety of our students and families comes first.

We are pleased to share that we will be rescheduling the concerts for the same times tomorrow, Friday, December 12. Today’s tickets for 2pm and 6pm will be honoured at the same times tomorrow. The 11:30am tickets from the Dress Rehearsal will be honoured at 2pm tomorrow. Please note that this change does create some overlap with kindergarten events already planned. We hope that families attending the kindergarten events that also have tickets for the 2pm Grade 1-3 concert will still be able to enjoy portions of the concerts during the day or join us in the evening if they had tickets for those events.

Because of the number of activities happening at the school tomorrow, parking will be very limited. We kindly ask as many families as possible to walk to the school if you are able.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this change may cause. Our students have worked incredibly hard to prepare for these performances, and we want to ensure they have the opportunity to share their talents and dedication with you.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to celebrating our students’ achievements together tomorrow.

Hot lunch will be cancelled today and all parents that ordered will receive a credit.

For all families that had tickets to attend our dress rehearsal today, all rehearsal tickets will be honoured at our 2pm performance tomorrow.
