Job Description:
• Working alongside customers by phone, email, and in person to meet all their quoting needs
• Using computer programs to generate quotes
• Keep office and showroom neat and organized
• Familiarizing yourself with the product (Windows, doors, and components)
• Complete tasks in order and in a timely, efficient manner
Qualifications:
• Estimating: 1 year (Preferred, willing to train)
•Window & Door knowledge (Preferred, willing to train)
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills– phone, email, and in person
• Strong math skills – dimensions, sizing, decimals, fractions related to window and door specification
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings (Preferred, willing to train)
• Organizational skills
• Multitasking
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at fast paced professional level
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Able to handle high responsibility
• Critical thinking skills
• Computer Literacy with proficiency in Gmail, MS Word and MS Excel
