Banff Mountain Market
• The Mountain Market will make available to local shoppers and visitors, products that are regionally made, baked or grown.
• Farmers/gardeners, food producers, and artisans are given an opportunity to sell their products within their locale.
• Non-profit organizations will be allocated one space per Market for the purposes of fundraising or publicity e.g. Par
ks Canada Interpretive, YMCA women’s programs, Museum etc.
• The Banff Mountain Market will allow and/or hire local musicians and artists to perform at the Market every week.
• We will strive to make Market days a lively and colourful event – creating an enjoyable sense of community.
• The proposed Market will take place in Central park one day a week from 11-6 starting the end of June through to September labour day weekend for a total of 10 days/ year.
