WHERE IS AUTUMN SHAGANASH?
$100,000 REWARD

Nearly three years have passed since 27-year-old Autumn Shaganash disappeared from Barrie, Ontario, and her family is still searching for answers.

Autumn was last seen during the morning hours of June 10, 2023, in the area of Sunnidale Park. She had reportedly been walking with an acquaintance near the park when, according to that individual, he became briefly distracted while walking ahead of her. When he turned back, Autumn was no longer there.

Her disappearance has continued to raise troubling questions. Sunnidale Park was busy that day, with regular foot traffic in the area and a charity walk taking place nearby. Despite the number of people who would have been present, no one seems to know what happened to Autumn.

Family members quickly became concerned when she failed to return home as expected. Autumn had been living with her sister, and those close to her say vanishing without contact was completely out of character. Repeated attempts to reach her by phone were unsuccessful, as her cellphone had been turned off.

Since the day she disappeared, there has reportedly been no activity on Autumn’s bank accounts, and her health card has not been used. She also requires daily medication, adding further concern for her wellbeing.

Early in the investigation, Autumn’s family feared she may have been lured or targeted by human traffickers. Police later confirmed publicly that investigators were considering that possibility among the avenues they were exploring.

Autumn is described as 5’3” tall with a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes.

A $100,000 reward remains in place for information that could help investigators determine what happened to her.

Please continue sharing Autumn’s story across Canada. Someone may remember seeing something that seemed insignificant at the time but could now help provide answers.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Barrie Police Service at 705-725-7025 or Crime Stoppers.
