Our products and our services are the principle means we can help you. We develop BookWhere for copy cataloging

which is actually a suite of tools that libraries and other organizations, from around the world, rely on for efficient, reliable and high quality metadata (bibliiographic records). Most often this data is exported in the MARC format for easy import into a library management system. We also develop PeopleWhere for handling staff metadata: schedules, leave information, knowledge and skills (knowledge assets). We offer this solution as a hosted Web application or for local self hosting. We provide ongoing installation, implementation, customer support and training; primarily as personalized one-on-one service either in person or through remote connection and online meeting tools. We work hard to maintain long term relationships with our customers, treating them we hope like they are part of our family. As that is just what our company is, a family business.

It is sad news to hear that Baker & Taylor has had to make the difficult decision to close its doors. Such an incredibly long history starting in 1828 (!) of dedication to libraries.

At a town hall yesterday, B&T owner and CEO Aman Kochar announced that following the termination of the ReaderLink acquisition deal, he does not see a path to keep the library wholesaler in business.
