Two wonderful people helping make Oma’s Ride possible! 💙🚴

Pictured here are Peggy of Motherfudruckers Farm and Ian, our volunteer motorcade lead.

A heartfelt thank you to Peggy for welcoming our riders to her farm for this year’s pit stop, and to Ian for working alongside our team to organize the behind the scenes safety details that help keep our riders supported along the way.

There’s so much care that goes into this day, and we’re grateful to have such generous community members beside us as we ride in support of local people living with dementia and their families. 💙

A very happy un-birthday—and a very heartfelt thank you—to Debra! 💙🎉

Debra, pictured in the centre with her two little grandchildren, recently hosted an un-birthday party and invited her guests to help raise funds for the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County.

We are so grateful to Debra, her family and everyone who joined in the celebration and gave so generously. Community fundraisers like this help us continue providing free programs and support for local people living with dementia and their care partners.

Thank you for turning a special celebration into something that will make a difference for so many families in our community! 💙

A caregiver can be anyone—a brother or sister, a mother or father, a husband or wife, a neighbour or a friend.

Caregivers are every age and come from every walk of life. Some provide care every day; others step in whenever they’re needed. Each one brings patience, strength and love—often without realizing just how much they’re doing.

If you’re a caregiver, please know this: you’re doing an amazing job, you are not alone, and we’re here to help. 💙

Call 705-722-1066 to get connected. All of our services are free.
