We are currently working in zones 20,34,35,37,38 in Newmarket, you will have received a notice if your home or business requires a water meter change out.

Final notices have been sent to Aurora customers included in the 2022 meter change out program.

Second notices have been sent to Innisfil customers.

If you have had your meter changed but received a notice please disregard the notice as there is a slight crossover period between our mailing team and customers booking appointments.

We do not canvas door to door! If you have questions please call us toll free ASAP at 1-833-926-2626.

We have started our meter change out projects in Newmarket and Aurora again. If you have received a notice that we are in your area please do not delay to book your appointment!

The sooner you book the better selection of days/times you have!
