Mothers & Babies (MB) is a new group program we are launching this September. If you are pregnant or are a mother of young children, this program is for you! We all experience stress in our lives, MB gives you tools and strategies to work through the stressful bits of motherhood right alongside other moms. At MB you can expect to:

☑️ Find a welcoming space including free coffee, tea, & snacks
☑️ Meet other moms going through the same stages and phases
☑️ Learn mindfulness strategies, and other CBT-based tools
☑️ Feel seen, heard, encouraged, and empowered
