Living with a life-limiting illness can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone.

The Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society's Circle of Care program provides free, compassionate, in-home support for individuals of any age and at any stage of a life-limiting illness. Our specially trained volunteers offer non-medical companionship, advance care planning support, and help connecting to community resources and services. Visits take place where you are most comfortable, in your home, care facility, or residence, and are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

We believe palliative care is not just about end of life. It's about living well with support, dignity, connection, and the reassurance that someone is there to walk alongside you on your journey.

We're currently looking for care recipients who could benefit from this free program. If you, a family member, friend, client, or patient is living with a progressive or life-limiting illness and could use extra support, we'd love to connect. Self-referrals, family referrals, and professional referrals are all welcome.

To learn more or make a referral, contact us at 780-897-0066 or [email protected]. Together, we can help make the journey a little less lonely
