The Heiltsuk Fire Department is enhancing its emergency response capabilities to better protect and serve the community. New equipment includes a Chief Response Vehicle and mobile water tender trailers, providing faster response times, improved mobile water supply, stronger wildland fire suppression capabilities, and greater operational flexibility.

Message from the Water Treatment Plant

This afternoon we will be servicing water leak, Wablisla St, House #189, (Ian Reid’s.) The road will be closed at our operations. Following this, water may intermittently be shut off for repairs.
