The BRPS Parent Council page is a place for parents to meet and to post events and information about what's happening at Belle River Public School.

We will also try and post forms that go home with students that may have been lost. Also details about sports event cancellations volunteer opportunities and anything else that might be helpful.

Are you interested in becoming more involved with the Greater Essex County District School Board? Or know someone who would be perfect?
Do you want to support, encourage and enhance at a board level to improve student achievement and well-being?

A parent involvement committee is being formed and it is being asked that a parent from each of the 13 schools in the district have a representative.

Deadline for applications is Friday May 29th!

Our students should be very proud of themselves. 4100 items went to the food pantry at the Community Support Centre this morning. 4100!!!

Heaps of thanks to the Lakeshore Fire Department for picking up our items and delivering them on our behalf.

Congratulations to the winning class, Mr. Flood’s, with a whopping 1147 items. They have won a pizza party and a field trip to the food pantry next week for a tour and to help sort and stock.

Well done Bucs!!!

Our Annual Food Collection Competition has officially kicked off.

Bring in your food items and keep a tally as a class, the winning class wins a field trip to the Food Pantry!

Lakeshore Fire Department will be here on December 5th to pick up all of our donations to bring them to the food pantry.

Last year we donated just over an incredible 3400 items to the food bank. We can't wait to see how many you all bring in this year as a school.

Ordering closes on Friday

Just in time for Christmas! There is something for everyone at Mom’s Pantry.

Orders are placed directly with Mom’s Pantry and we ask that they be placed by November 21st. See the flyer below for ordering instructions. Your purchases will be delivered to the school during the week of December 15th.

Proceeds benefit student access to current technology in their classrooms.
