Municipal Hail Crop Reports were mailed on May 25, 2026. All Crop Reports have to be submitted to the office or online by JUNE 15th.
You can submit your Crop Report the following ways:
1. online at www.municipalhail.ca and File Crop Report. You will need your Owner # & Security code, found at the top right corner of your crop report.
3. bring to the RM office (drop-in mail slot when closed)
4. take directly to SMHI office located at 2100 Cornwall Street in Regina.

Important Dates:
June 15
Last day to file crop reports for SMHI
June 30
Last day for new applicants to apply for coverage with SMHI
August 1
Last day to apply for coverage with AMHI or PMHI
October 31
Last day of hail & fire coverage

The Strychnine Stewardship Training Program is now available:

The R.M. of Happy Valley #10 does not currently have a supply of strychnine. However, once product becomes available, completion of this training will be mandatory prior to purchase.

Producers who are interested in purchasing strychnine are encouraged to complete the training in advance to avoid delays.

📢 NOTICE

The RM would like to inform residents that Central Pole, a power pole inspection and maintenance company working on behalf of SaskPower, will be operating within the municipality starting May 11th for approximately 9 weeks.

During this time, crews will be inspecting power poles as part of SaskPower’s Wood Pole Maintenance Program.

🔹 You may see:

White service body trucks and side-by-sides marked “Central Pole” with a company phone number
Workers wearing high-visibility clothing

🔹 Access to Property:
Central Pole employees will make every reasonable effort to contact landowners to obtain permission before accessing poles on private land. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a door knocker with details about their work.
