The community garden has been thriving this season, and we are so grateful for all the beautiful produce coming in. Fresh veggies grown with care by our garden members have been making their way directly into hampers, helping us offer healthy options to the families we support. 💚🥗

Our food bank is participating in Food Banks Canada’s Menstrual Equity Fund, helping make periods products accesible to anyone who needs them.
You do not need to be a food bank client to access these items, —-they’re free for anyone in our community—- Just come by and pick up what you need during our regular intake hours: Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.
