The Town wishes to advise residents that starting Monday, October 19, 2026, during the hours between 8:00am and 4:30pm, we will be flushing our watermains by means of fire hydrants for approximately three weeks.

During this time, residents may experience:
- temporary reductions in water pressure
- discolored water
- temporary interruptions in water service in some areas

Residents are encouraged, where possible, to avoid washing laundry during flushing hours, as discolored water may stain clothing. Please note that we do not currently have a schedule for specific areas, as flushing activities will depend on daily operational requirements.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank residents for their patience and cooperation.

As Cabot Stadium opens its doors for another season, the Town would like to remind everyone that the stadium is a smoke-free facility.

Under the Town of Bonavista's existing Smoke Free Policy (POL-05), smoking is not permitted anywhere on Town-operated recreation facility property, including the stadium grounds and parking lot.

This applies to everyone using the facility - players, skaters, parents, coaches, volunteers, spectators, visitors and members of the public.

The Town is asking everyone to please respect the policy and help us keep Cabot Stadium a healthy, safe and welcoming place for all ages.

We look forward to another great season at Cabot Stadium!
