Operating since 1973, Dove Centre supports adult individuals with disabilities to gain skills in life, work, and home and to support them in being a valued member in the community. Dove Centre’s main focus is to provide opportunity and support to adults with developmental disabilities to develop and succeed as an integral part of our vibrant community. Dove Centre is also designed to establish and

support individuals with community opportunities such as volunteer work, work experience, and paid employment.

Dove Centre would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Catholic Women’s League of Canada, St. Dominic CWL, for their generous $200 donation toward kitchen supplies. Your support helps us continue creating meaningful, inclusive spaces for the people we serve, and we are truly grateful.

We also welcome the community to stop by the St. Dominic CWL Garage Sale on Saturday, May 30th from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. It’s a great chance to discover some treasures, and support a wonderful group of women who give so much to our community.

Our beloved office cat Misty has gone missing. We’re hoping she’s just on an extended patrol… but we miss her lots and want her home safe. 💙

Misty has always taken her mouse‑hunting duties very seriously, and we suspect she may have headed out on a top‑secret mission that ran a little longer than planned. While we admire her dedication, her office is feeling much quieter without her naps, purrs, and supervisory presence.

If anyone has seen Misty or knows where she might have gone, please reach out to our office at 780-826-2552. We’d be so grateful for any info—and Misty would probably be grateful to come home for food and cuddles. 🐱
