Attention Grade 9 students and parents!

There will be a High School Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, June 3 at 6:30 PM in the Bowden Grandview School Library.

This session will provide valuable information as students prepare for high school. Topics will include:

✔️ Off-campus opportunities
✔️ Introductory information about post-secondary options
✔️ Planning for a successful transition to high school

We encourage all Grade 9 students and their parents/guardians to attend.

Our Grade 2 students have been busy exploring the world around them! 🌎

Recently, they’ve been learning to identify different landforms found right here in our local area and across Alberta. From mountains and valleys to rivers and plains, students are building their understanding of the natural features that shape our environment.

It has been exciting to watch their curiosity grow as they make connections between what they are learning in class and the landscapes they see every day. Great work, Grade 2! 👏✨

🏅 Unified Sports Day 2026 🏅

On Wednesday, May 6, students from Bowden Grandview School had an amazing day at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School for Unified Sports Day!

This special event brought together students with and without intellectual disabilities to compete side by side while celebrating teamwork, inclusion, friendship, and sportsmanship. Throughout the day, our students supported one another, shared lots of laughs, and created many memorable moments together.

We are so proud of the positivity, encouragement, and teamwork shown by everyone involved. It was truly a wonderful day that highlighted the importance of inclusion and what can be achieved when everyone is given the opportunity to participate. 👏💙💛
