In 2024–2025, Willowbridge supported nearly 1,800 people in our community through counselling services.

Behind every one of those numbers is a person who made the brave decision to reach out — and a dedicated team ready to walk alongside them.

We're proud to be here for our community. And we're grateful for every person, partner and donor who makes this work possible.

Well-being tip 💚 — talk to someone you trust

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our mental health is simply say: "I'm not doing great."

Reaching out to a trusted friend, family member or counsellor isn't a sign of weakness — it's a sign that you're taking your health seriously.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just have to start the conversation.

Between May 4–8, our team celebrated Mental Health Week with a week full of meaningful moments! From joining the community kick-off event and handing out apples and bookmarks to staff, to an energizing workout session and a lively karaoke day — our team showed up for mental health in a big way.

Mental Health Week and Mental Health Awareness Month are important to us — not just as an organization, but as a community. We're committed to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and reminding everyone that mental health matters every single day.

In a world that celebrates busy, rest can feel like something you have to earn. But rest isn't a reward — it's a requirement.

Whether that looks like a quiet walk, stepping away from your screen, or simply doing nothing for 10 minutes — your mind and body need recovery time to function well.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, try scheduling rest the same way you'd schedule an appointment. You deserve it.

We’re proud to officially launch the Emrick Mechanical Community Comfort Program, a new initiative focused on giving back to the community that has supported us for so many years.

From NOW until August 31st, 2026, every time you choose Emrick Mechanical, you’ll also be helping support local charities making a real difference in our community.

Here’s how it works:
ANY furnace or AC installation completed between now and August 31st, 2026 will generate a $150 donation to one of the four local charities we have selected.

You get to choose which one!

For all other installs, repairs, maintenance, and service calls, a portion of proceeds will also be donated back to local community organizations.

At the end of your service or install, you’ll get to choose one of these four incredible organizations:
Brant County SPCA�Arnold Anderson Sport Fund�Crossing All Bridges�Willowbridge Community Services

Every furnace.�Every AC.�Every service call.�Every install.

…becomes an opportunity to give back.

Two weeks ago, we held a community engagement event for our community's Riverside Hub project. We are so grateful to everyone who came out to learn more about the Hub, voice their thoughts and to get to know all of our amazing partners.
