Starting next week, our free walk-in counselling is running every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No appointments, no waitlists, and completely free. Just walk in when you need someone to talk to. We are here to offer accessible mental health support across our community.

Our sessions are completely free, confidential, and open to everyone in our community.

No appointments. No waitlists. Just walk in to speak with someone. 🩵

We'll be running another walk-in counselling session next Tuesday (August 25) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to provide accessible, barrier-free mental health support. Walk-in counselling is completely free, confidential, and open to everyone.

Starting in September, we're making support even more convenient by running walk-in counselling every Thursday.

Our last week of Connect Adventure Summer Camp was awesome! ✅

Our Social Circle group had a great time bowling, gaming, LARPing, crafting, and so much more. 🎳

We are so lucky to have spent a great summer with truly amazing kids. ☀️ Designed for connection, inclusion, skill-building, and fun, the Connect Adventure Summer Camp offered a truly unique and empowering summer experience for youth in our community.

Thank you so much to all the kiddos that participated in camp. We wish you all an amazing school year ahead! 🎒

Did you know we offer free counselling every month?

We recently launched free walk-in counselling, running on the last Tuesday of every month from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., to help our community access immediate mental health support.

If you've been looking for support, this is a great opportunity to connect with a trusted counsellor, completely free of charge.

Last week's Connect Adventure Camp - Connect Crew group had an amazing experience! ☀️

From arts and crafts and team activities to role-playing fun and indoor sports, this Connect Crew worked together to build new skills, independence, and friendships while having an absolute blast! ⚾🎲🎨

Week 2 Summer Camp has officially wrapped up, and our team is ready to welcome our next group soon. We can't wait to meet our Social Circle friends next!
