Today was a busy and meaningful day at Open Arms! Our participants enjoyed a fun music therapy session, using music to connect, express themselves, and have fun. 🎵

We also got out into the community for a community clean-up, doing our part to help keep our neighbourhood looking its best! 🌳✨
