PSA! Residents East of 48th street, and those East of AIF on 50th Avenue, plus the water tower loop. The sewer line blockage has been repaired. However, trucks will continue to do line flushing work in this area today. Please be cautious.

We are currently seeking individuals from the Breton area to register as AHS volunteers to help support our Breton Continuing Care facility and its residents.

Looking for support on weekdays during business hours to assist with recreational activities and mealtime assistance.

Good morning,

Due to current weather conditions and the recent rainfall, our FIRE ADVISORY has been reduced to a NO FIRE BAN for all of Brazeau County and the Village of Breton starting Wednesday June 10, 2026 @ 8:00am. Outdoor burning is permitted only with a fire permit or in an approved fire pit or burning appliance.

The following fires are permitted:
* Outdoor burning is permitted with an approved fire permit.
* Internal household fireplaces
* Incinerators (for farm and acreage use)
* Burn barrel (steel/metal drum no larger than 45 gallons- for Agriculture lands)
* Solid Fuel barbecues (charcoal briquettes)
* Bylaw compliant backyard and camping fires
* Fires contained within approved facilities and appliances in designed camping and recreational areas
* Portable propane fire pits and appliances
