Update on NSCC:

Earlier this morning an on duty RCMP officer was flagged down by a driver on High Street that the male from the police search on Monday had just walked into the NSCC campus. The RCMP officer notified NSCC staff and out of an abundance of caution NSCC followed their safety protocols. Bridgewater Police immediately attended the scene to determine if there was a confirmed sighting of the wanted male, Latif Tag El Din, and if there was a current risk.

NSCC and BPS staff were able to determine that the wanted male was not and had not been at the location. The safety protocol was lifted.
