We want your input! 📣

The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg - MODL is beginning a planning process to look at the future of Wiles Lake Park. This is an opportunity to take a fresh look at the park, understand how people use it today, and explore how it could better serve the community in the years ahead. 🌳🌊

We want to hear about your experience with Wiles Lake Park and your thoughts about its future. Your feedback will help us understand what people value about the park, what isn't working well, what may be missing, and what should be prioritized as the park evolves. 🗯🏞

Share your ideas. Take our survey online or come to our open house. ⤵️

This workout is based on the theories of Miranda Esmonda-White that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility. This is a full-body technique that works through all the muscle chains, liberating and empowering the muscles, relieving them from tension in the process. 🦵💪

Instructor Debbiee Mason will lead the class through this age-supporting exercise class. No weights or floor work required. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and water. 💦🧘‍♀️
