Sunday July 12 there will be an increased presence of OPP, MNR, CCG, BAFD, PSEMS. for a large scale training scenario. Which will include use of CCG lighthouse Britt, Britt emergency landing site, marinas. The main part of this exercise will take place on the water in the area of golden sword Island. There will be signaling devices used in this area as part of this training. As well as aviation services. Please remember even though this is a training scenario please stay out of the way of responders.

Some exciting news. We will now have a second vehicle out of station 2. With the dedication of our members we have been increasing the number of trained first responders. The first response course is a 40 hour medical training course our members take before they can run Medical assistance calls. And with our higher call volume and some help from our friends we are able to add 824 first response unit. In the coming days and weeks a few renovations will be done at station 2 to accommodate 2 trucks there. We are very excited to be able to make addition to our fleet.
