Our original sensory room was created over 20 years ago - during a time when sensory spaces were used without individualized support plans. People would enter the room, turn equipment on, and hope for regulation without truly understanding individualized sensory needs.

Today, our new Sensory Lab is built with purpose! Each participant works 1:1 with a trained Sensory Room Practitioner who completes an in-depth intake, adjusts the environment in real time, and supports individualized sensory exploration in a safe and meaningful way. Every participant has personalized sensory goals, with progress documented after each session.

This isn’t just a room with equipment anymore. It’s an intentional experience designed to support regulation, comfort, growth, and connection.

The Sensory Lab Information:
- 45-minute individualized sessions with Sensory Room Practitioner
- $65 per session
- Open to the Public
- Available to people of ALL ages
- Easy and secure online booking process

Today is 🔴Red Shirt Day 🔴- a time to show solidarity, support, and commitment to a more inclusive future.

Roughly 1 in 4 Canadians have a disability, and face accessibility challenges and barriers every day. Together, we can work to break down those barriers, and improve accessibility throughout our communities.

How will you pledge to build a more accessible future?
