Moving season is almost here and, just in time, our annual clothing drive with Lookout Housing and Health Society is back!

Lookout works to provide wholistic support to at-risk individuals in our local community and it is our privilege to support them in that mission through our annual donation. Please consider contributing! Your donations can be dropped off in your team locker room from April 7th-25th in plastic/reusable bags and SAAC will collect them at the end of the month.

🌎💪 The Climate Games are here!

Simon Fraser is officially competing in the 2026 Collegiate Cup and we need you on our team. Every step, run, lift, bike ride, swim, or yoga session you log in the Climate Games app helps remove plastic from beaches and waterways.

📱 How to join:
1️⃣ Download the Climate Games app on your mobile phone (not a computer or tablet)
2️⃣ Sign up for the Collegiate Cup game
3️⃣ Choose Simon Fraser as your school
4️⃣ Log your workouts every day to help SFU climb the leaderboard and remove more plastic

We are the only Canadian school going up against huge US universities. Let’s make a big impact and show them what SFU can do.
Start recruiting your friends, teammates, family, and coaches to join too. The more Cuppers we have, the more plastic we remove.

SFU SAAC presents Trivia Night on March 11th at 7:00 PM at Biercraft, Univercity! Gather a team of up to 5 people for just $10 and put your knowledge to the test. The winning team will receive Biercraft gift cards! 🏆

Simon Fraser Student Society ( ) and SFU Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) have released a joint open letter regarding the university’s ongoing discussions about leaving the NCAA.

Student-athletes deserve to have their voices included in decisions that directly shape their future. We urge our community to read the full letter and understand what is at stake.

Our stance is clear: SFU should stay in the NCAA.
