CYPRES 55+ Program operates out of the Community Support Centre Building on Inverness in Caledonia. Our drop in Centre is a place where friends come out to relax, chat, learn, socialize and have fun. The goal of our program is to provide a gathering place for those 55+ to come and participate in fitness classes and organized activities that will allow them an outlet for social interaction. Our Cen

tre is a place to focus on health and total well being. The CSCHN supports the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in all our programs and services as set out in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Ontario Human Rights Code, the Ontarians with Disabilities Act (ODA), 2001 and the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005.
