What is information unless you use it? I'll tattle last to first where the last is absence of Gabriel wjho has gone AWOL from SAFPC (Southern Alberta Forensic Psychiatry Center. He is likely a dangerous affender but it hasn't been advertised in the News becuase they want to keep it from the public. The public should know what is happening here. The longer they keep me here the longer the information will get out

I have had this burning sensation in my chest, and I figured out how to control it. It's called a spiritual emergency. You see, I believe that I have found enlightenment in the universe that I live in. Noone will be able to say anything. When I close my eyes and focus on the chakras I have within and without I know that I am blessed. I am in the path, and it is right there. In the mindfulness breathing I have found, and I am not a victim. I hope that others can learn from my it. Just remember to breath.
