Wow. Street cleaning with leaf blowers and a bobcat. At least Landsdowne hired a real street cleaner.The dust on my vehicles is rediculious.

Some disturbing news about a Calgary Village resident. He made an agreement to sell his trailer to the park and rent his trailer from them for less than lot rent. He was expecting to sign a lease after the sale but instead got a 90 day notice to vacate the trailer. Had he known the park would pull this he wouldn't of sold.

A decision has been made to reinstate this page and work to get the required signatures to trigger a response from Service Alberta. A homeowner should not be at risk of loosing their home if their rent is three weeks late. I will be working with Calgary parks to obtain the signatures required for change.

Update on staff at . Kass, Amber and Sam all quit and locks where changed. Leah has been doing the best she can this last month on her own and a new community manager started Monday, who will be the 8th community manager since
bought the Lansdowne Parks in 2019. March lot increased notice is expected before September 1st.
