Don't be fooled by this "open banking" scheme, it has nothing to do with "free banking", "Open Source" or freedom. There already are third party API services for linking various bank account and investment account services and they are hugely popular. What this is about is the big banks and government taking over those services and controlling them.

Just opened a bank account for the new Nipissing Libertarian Constituency Association and we can now accept payments of membership dues and political contributions by cheque, money order or Interac e-Transfer. Proceeds will most likely be used to purchase six large election signs for Michelle Lashbrook's campaign with this design.
