Important Notice for Residents

As summer approaches and the ice begins to melt, we would like to remind residents to help keep access points clear for our water and sewage crews.

Please ensure that service areas are free of:

Dog waste(poop)
Ice and snow buildup
Parked vehicles or other obstructions

These obstacles can lead to water contamination or safety hazards for our drivers and helpers. If access is unsafe or blocked, deliveries and pump-outs may be delayed until the area is cleared.

We care about the safety of our residents and our staff.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
