Our Discover Fairview Open House was a great afternoon and chance to share how much is happening across Fairview!

From our new long-term care home and expanding community programming to the many housing options and initiatives across our campus, there is so much to be excited about.

We’re proud to keep growing, creating new opportunities, and supporting older adults across the Cambridge community.

Did you know that Fairview has life lease Villas? They’re semi-detached, bungalow style and located at 515 Langs Drive. Every Villa is unique, with basements finished differently and each occupant designing their space differently. You purchase the Right to Occupy the Villa, which gives you the exclusive right to occupy the Villa and to use the common facilities for your lifetime, or until you choose to sell.
