Did you know that Fairview has life lease Villas? They’re semi-detached, bungalow style and located at 515 Langs Drive. Every Villa is unique, with basements finished differently and each occupant designing their space differently. You purchase the Right to Occupy the Villa, which gives you the exclusive right to occupy the Villa and to use the common facilities for your lifetime, or until you choose to sell.

Those pictures are from our most recent Villa, the Right to Occupy is currently for sale!

We're excited to share that Fairview has been selected as one of three pilot sites for Ontario's Nursing Home Without Walls initiative, led by AdvantAge Ontario - Advancing Senior Care.

This program is focused on extending care beyond our walls-supporting older adults in the community so they can remain at home longer, while staying connected to the services and supports they need.

Our campuses are exploring new ways to support older adults and families in our communities…and we need your input!
With long-term care waitlists growing, many people want to stay at home longer, but getting the right support can be tough.

We’re looking at new programs and services that help with:
🔘social isolation
🔘accessing in-home supports
🔘short-term support during times of change
🔘a possible Navigator role to guide families
🔘navigating an understanding the healthcare system

We want to partner with you to build supports that truly reflect our community’s needs.
