Patient care depends on more than what happens at the bedside. It takes teams working together behind the scenes to ensure staff have the right supplies, at the right time, to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Over the past year, our Purchasing & Distribution team has continued to strengthen the systems behind this important work. From expanding our Just-in-Time program to refining supply carts, supporting new programs and optimizing scan and delivery schedules across the hospital, their work helps support patient care every day.
