This summer, Scotiabank and MD Financial Management - Gestion financière MD collected toys, colouring supplies, and activity books. The donations will help bring comfort and joy to young patients and families in our Paediatrics department. Thank you to the Scotiabank team and all community members who participated in this meaningful initiative.

Mark your calendar - the 5th annual Klean Street Car Show is happening this Sunday, August 09! Gear up for a fun Sunday outing as you enjoy an iconic lineup of classic, custom and cherished Honda vehicles. Spend the day enjoying food, drinks, music and explore merchandise.

Funds raised at the car show will help bring essential equipment to CMH. Participants can attend with a minimum donation of $10 per person.

For the last 16 years, Lori Duarte has received over 434 treatments at CMH. “Through it all, my cancer journey has taught me the importance of care close to home and having a medical team I can rely on,” she shared.

Our friends from Gore Mutual Insurance visited CMH last week to volunteer and celebrate our staff as part of their annual Community Day. The group joined CMH staff to raise awareness for a new digital technology system going live later this year, giving out goodies and homemade honey -straight from the Gore Mutual building rooftop!

Community Day has been an important part of our partnership with Gore for many years. A huge thank you to the volunteers for their time and effort in bringing smiles and honey to our team.
