The Planning Act requires the Municipality to hold a Public Meeting for certain planning applications, such as changes to the Official Plan or Zoning By-laws, Minor Variances, or Plans of Subdivision. These meetings give the public a chance to learn about the applications and share their comments and feedback. No decisions are made at these meetings.

Please note that topics outside the agenda are not part of this meeting.
