Cartwright, Killarney, Boissevain Settlement Services can provide the following services free of charge:
- information for exploratory visits and pre-arrival procedures
- welcome and orientation to the community and Canada
- assistance in form and application completion including Social Insurance Number, Manitoba Health, Child Tax Benefits, school registration, housing, daycare, etc.
- assistance

with Sponsorship and Citizenship applications
- support, information, and assistance concerning immigration issues
- Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public Services for immigrants

Services in Cartwright, Killarney, and Boissevain are available Monday to Friday, upon request.

Westman Immigrant Services will be closed on Good Friday (April 3) and Easter Monday (April 6) for the long weekend.
