We have extended our vendor deadline for this years Pass Creek Fall Fair!

2026 Fall Fair Dates: September 25th - 27th

Apply now until June 20th @ passcreekfair.com/sign-up

Are you a maker / artist / or business who is interested in vending at this years Fall Fair?

👉 the Fall Fair sees an average of 3000 guests over the weekend
👉 vendor fee is $75 for Friday, Saturday & Sunday ($25/day)
👉 new this year ! We will be hosting a Friday night market to coincide with headliner music (Heavy Airship & Bella Cat) and Shooting Star Amusements
👉 parking all weekend is included in your fee
👉 non-profits vend for free! (You are still required to sign up )
👉 we are changing up the layout this year - the vendor section will now be in the lower grassy area (vs near stage and exhibition hall)

FACTS:

✨ Night Market Planned for Friday September 25th w/live headliner music
💲 Vendor fee is $75 all weekend and includes a parking pass and two admission passes (not Shooting Star ride passes)
🔍 Vendors will be advised of their acceptance by May 1st 2026
