🌊 Evening Aquafit Starts Next Week! 🌊
Our evening aquafit classes at Castor Pool kick off this coming Tuesday, June 2nd.
⏱️ Every Tuesday & Thursday (June 2 – Aug 20) 6:30-7:30pm
👤 Experience: None needed! Non-swimmers are welcome.
Grab your towel and join us for a fun, low-impact workout. See you at the pool! 🏊‍♂️

🌊 Senior Aquafit is Back! 🌊

The Castor Pool is proud to once again offer Senior Aquafit classes every Monday and Wednesday from June 1st to August 19th this summer!

🗓️ June Schedule: Classes will run from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM for the month of June. (Class times for July & August are TBA).

👤 About the Instructor: Classes will be instructed primarily by Sandi Jackson, a certified CALA instructor with 20 years of experience!

🏊‍♂️ Who Can Join? We welcome everyone over the age of 50, and no swimming experience is required to participate!

Public swim (3:30-6:00pm) is cancelled, as we are still awaiting our pool microbiological sample results from Alberta Health Services. We apologize for any inconvenience!
