The Employ PEI program helps employers create long-term employment opportunities by providing a wage subsidy for new full-time hires who need on-the-job training.

Eligible employers can receive up to 50% of wages subsidized for up to 20 weeks, helping new employees build the skills and experience needed to succeed.

Interested in a career in carpentry? Join us on July 8 at 9:00 a.m. at CAPEI's Construction Training Centre in Charlottetown to learn more about this paid training opportunity.

Designed for individuals aged 18-45, the program provides hands-on carpentry training, industry certifications, work experience opportunities, and a pathway into the skilled trades.
