Christmas Toy & Food Drive 2025!

We're collecting new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages and non-perishable food items.

You can drop off donations at:

Our donation boxes have been out since mid-November, and we want to say a big thank you to everyone who's donated so far.

Winter is here, and with it comes colder temperatures, icy roads, and snowy conditions. ❄️ Your local firefighter department wants to remind everyone to stay safe this season!

Drive carefully: reduce speed, increase following distance, and watch for black ice.

Prepare your vehicle: keep an emergency kit, blankets and a shovel in your car.

Watch the heat: use space heaters safely and never leave candles unattended.

Clear snow and ice: keep sidewalks, driveways, and entrances clear to prevent slips and falls.

Check smoke and CO alarms: Winter means more time indoors - make sure alarms are working and up to date.

Your safety is our priority - slow down, stay alert, and help us all have a safe winter season!

Today, we take a moment to remember and honour the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. Their courage and dedication has given us the freedom we have today.

Some of our members are proud to be taking part in the Chatsworth Legion’s Remembrance Day ceremony today, standing with our community to remember those who gave so much.
