Suits & Socks Garment Care is looking for a Front Counter Person
To be successful in this position you must possess
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be well organised
• Be punctual
• Have a great telephone manner
• Willing to do multiple tasks
• Be attentive to details
• Knowledge of payment processing methods
• Willingness to learn our easy software program

Tasks and responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and checking in/out orders
• Processing payments
• Tagging and sorting garments
• Packaging orders and preparing final touches
• Quoting retail prices to customers
• Communicating and coordinating with our commercial customers
• Answering the telephone and providing customer service
• Occasional opening and closing of store
• Performing some laundry duties
• Maintaining supply stock
• Creating a clean work area
• Contributing to the growth of the business by having a positive attitude and sharing your ideas to improve our company
Working hours: 24 to 30hrs per week, Monday to Thursday. We follow all Covid-19 restrictions and safety standards. Starting wage $17.00.
