Good morning! ☀️

Yesterday, we had our Fishing Session! 🎣 But before getting started, we had the pleasure of welcoming two representatives from the local Department of Natural Resources, who explained the rules and regulations surrounding fishing, especially those that apply to our area.

They also provided us with a helpful booklet so we can check the rules anytime before going fishing and make sure we are following all the regulations we are expected to follow.

It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect for fishing! ☀️🎣

Thank you to everyone who participated, and a big thank you to the Department of Natural Resources for joining us and sharing such valuable information!

We were finally lucky enough to have really great weather for our Chipman Community Garden session this morning! ☀️🌻

The session was a partnership between RSN and SWIS and was hosted by the amazing garden coordinator, Alicia Cyr!

The participants had the chance to learn about all the resources and ongoing projects at the Chipman Community Garden, as well as plant some flowers and cactus in their own pots!

Thank you to everyone who participated, and a big thank you to Alicia for teaching us so many things about gardening! 🌱💚
