Information for people attending the 75th Anniversary Dinner…

🎉 Clarenville’s 75th Anniversary Dinner – Important Information for Guests! 🎉

The countdown is on! We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Clarenville Events Centre on Wednesday, August 26 as we come together to celebrate 75 years of Clarenville! 🧡

🎟️ TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!

🚪 PLEASE NOTE THE ENTRANCE
All guests attending the dinner are asked to enter through the doors indicated in the photo above. Please do not use the main/front entrance. Signage will be in place to help direct you when you arrive.

🎟️ TICKETS & CHECK-IN
Volunteers will be inside the entrance collecting tickets. Please help us keep things moving smoothly by having your physical ticket ready, or, if you purchased online, have your digital ticket pulled up on your phone before reaching the entrance.

If you have purchased tickets that have not yet been picked up, we encourage you to pick them up in advance if possible. Any remaining tickets can also be picked up at the designated entrance when you arrive on the night of the dinner.

🪑 SEATING
Volunteers will be available to help guests find seating if necessary. Please keep in mind that only certain designated groups have reserved seating. All other seating is first come, first served. If you are hoping to sit with a particular group, we recommend arriving together when possible.

🍻 BAR & DRINK TICKETS
A bar will be available throughout the evening. Drinks will be purchased using drink tickets, which will be available for purchase on-site. Both cash and card will be accepted for drink ticket purchases. We recommend purchasing your drink tickets early in the evening to help avoid lineups later on.

⏰ With a sold-out crowd joining us, we encourage everyone to arrive a little early to allow plenty of time for ticket collection/check-in, purchasing drink tickets and finding your seats before dinner begins at 6:30 PM.

We are so excited to share this special evening with our community and celebrate 75 years of Clarenville with great food, music, memories and, of course, dancing! 🥂🎶

47th Annual Labour Day Classic Softball Tournament is coming soon!

The Annual Labour Day Classic Softball Tournament is one of the biggest and longest running tournaments in the province! Games start on Friday, September 4 with the tournament continuing through Labour Day, Monday, September 7.

Registration closes Aug. 28.

On Aug. 20, we’ll be entertained by the talented Matthew Byrne. Matthew is already an icon in the NL music scene through his solo work and his tenure with the Dardanelles. He has an unforgettable voice and incredible stage presence.

Bring your family, friends and lawn chairs for another great evening at Elizabeth Swan Park!

Some Information for Those New to Arts Under the Stars:

– Shows always start at 7:00 and run for 90 minutes
– They are ‘all age’ events
– Shows are normally held a Elizabeth Swan Park. If the weather doesn’t cooperate we hold them at the Clarenville Events Center theatre (Blackmore Ave.). Check Facebook for any changes. We also use Voyent Alert. Some signage is also used at the at the intersection to Tilleys Road and Memorial Drive/Blackmore Ave.
– Due to the generous support of sponsors all of our shows are free
– There is some seating in the park, however, a number of our patrons chose to bring lawn chairs with them.

Concert moved to Clarenville Events Centre at 7 p.m.

We’re ending the 2026 season of Arts Under the Stars with a performance by Matthew Byrne. Matthew is the son of Joe Byrne from the iconic NL duo, Pat and Joe Byrne. Over the years Matthew has carved a highly successful music career as a solo artist and as a member of the iconic NL folk group, the Dardanelles. He has an incredible voice that, combined with a strong setlist of traditional and original material, makes for an unforgettable show. See him Thursday night at Arts Under the Stars. As always our shows are free.

We’re looking for local businesses and organizations to help make this year’s Pumpkin Walk extra special! 🧡

For $50 per pumpkin, per session, your sponsored pumpkin will become its own designated Grab & Go Treat Stop along the trail! We’ll display your business/organization name and logo at your stop, where participants can grab a treat as they make their way through the Pumpkin Walk. 🍬🎃

There are 3 sessions to choose from:
