Northumberland Clarke Federal Liberal Association

Northumberland Clarke Federal Liberal Association The official page of the Northumberland Clarke Federal Liberal Association Liberals don’t want big government, but we do want good government.

Liberals believe that every citizen, in every part of our country, deserves a fair shot at the full promise of Canadian life—from early learning and childcare, to world-class colleges and universities, public pensions, and a universal healthcare system that can make us all proud. Liberals believe in a Just Society, where everyone is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their gender, reli

gion or ethnicity. And we believe that good government can bring us together to build a more prosperous, sustainable, united Canada—a Canada that leads by example on the world stage. We have the record to prove it: Universal Health Care, the Canada Pension Plan, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, official bilingualism and multiculturalism. These things have improved our lives and would not exist if it weren't for the Liberal Party of Canada. We summoned the best in Canadians and together we built the country we love. The Liberal Party of Canada is millions of Canadians working to build a better future for our families, our communities, and our country. We understand and accept that politics is about debate and can lead to disagreement. We encourage people participate political debate for betterment of society. This page is based on Respect and Decency and as such will be moderated accordingly. Comments will be removed if they violate those principles and if a comment violates Facebook rules they will be banned and reported.

Happy , Canada!

Pride season kicks off today, and we can’t wait to join Canadians from coast to coast to coast this summer in celebrating love and inclusion.

Start your weekend with fresh produce and local crafts at the Port Hope Farmers' Market! Every Saturday morning from May to October, right outside Town Hall you can find a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, preserves, baking, crafts, and artwork.

By cutting out transportation, processing, and packaging needs, shopping small in Port Hope not only helps our local farmers and businesses, but it also helps reduce our impact on the climate.
