The Town of Collingwood is a progressive community located in the heart of a four-season recreation area on the southern shore of Georgian Bay. Downtown Collingwood might just surprise you with 30 plus restaurants, 60 plus boutique shops, spas for relaxing, live music for grooving…all in the only downtown core recognized in Canada’s Registrar of Historic Places! More recently, the harbourfront area is emerging as an extension to the downtown district. Plans for expanding the amenities and events in the harbourfront area promise to make this a much more prominent tourism destination.

Advance polls are a convenient option for registered, eligible voters to cast their ballot before Election Day, October 26, 2026. Future advance polls are scheduled for:

📅Sunday, October 25, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Can't make it? Online voting is open until October 26 at 8:00 p.m. Registered, eligible voters can cast their vote from anywhere in the world with an internet connection!

The popular Haunted Walking Tours with Dean Hollin return to the shadowy streets of Collingwood’s Heritage Conservation District with terrifying tales and ghostly stories.

📅Tours run Friday, October 23, Thursday, October 29, and Friday, October 30, starting at 7:00 p.m.
📍Tours start & end at the Museum grounds, 45 St. Paul St.

🎨Introducing Collingwood's newest public art installation🎨

"New Land, New Harvest," can be admired at den Bok Family Park! Created by the Olka Art Collective as part of the Town of Collingwood's Public Art Program, this sculpture is a symbolic tribute to the den Bok family's migration story from Holland in the late 1940s and their contribution to Collingwood's agricultural development.
